Medical Mutual of Ohio
In addition to being a leading health insurance company since 1934, Medical Mutual of Ohio has also been a leader in United Way's Health Care Market. With strong support from its leadership, Medical Mutual has consistently led the Managed Care Division of the Health Care Market and this year will be no different. Medical Mutual kicked off its baseball themed 2006 United Way campaign on July 18 with help from Slider, the mascot of the Cleveland Indians. Employees enjoyed music and received autographed cards from Slider and raffle prizes as they showed their support for United Way. Almost two weeks into the campaign, Medical Mutual is truly setting the pace for 2006 having already achieved 50% of its goal. Special thanks to Medical Mutual and all of our Pacesetters for taking a leadership role in "what matters."
