Celebrity Golf
Tournament The morning
sky was slightly overcast, but it turned out to be a
beautiful day at Hemlock Springs Golf Club for United
Way of Greater Cleveland's 11th Annual Celebrity Golf
Tournament on September 29. The tournament, presented by
the Cleveland Browns and Continental Airlines and hosted
by Hemlock Springs, raised a record $123,000,
benefiting United Way's campaign. The title sponsor was

Hometown Huddle
2008 United Way of Greater
Cleveland teamed up with the Cleveland Browns, Oswald
Companies and The Sherwin-Williams Company to create a
Fitness Zone for special needs children at Bellefaire
JCB's Monarch School in Shaker Heights for the 10th

Run with Running
America Running
America began on September 13, 2008 in San Francisco and
will end on or before October 27 in New York City. Along
the way, a film crew will be following Charlie Engle,
the
ultra-athlete who is partnering with United Way,
and capturing his interactions with people
who live united by fighting childhood obesity and
promoting youth fitness. Join Charlie in combating
childhood obesity. Visit the Running
