Awards Ceremony for 2007 Campaign

The 2007 Northeast Ohio Combined Federal Campaign (NEOCFC) Awards Ceremony took place on Tuesday, January 16, 2008, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Visiting Nurse Association building in downtown Cleveland. The efforts of the Local Federal Coordinating Committee, CFC Chairperson, Organization Chairpersons, Loaned Executives, Keyworkers, workplace managers/supervisors, and other involved individuals have enabled the NEOCFC to exceed its goal of $2,100,000. Current total for this year is $2,180,000+. View a list of the 2007 End-of-Campaign Prize Winners (PDF format).

The event was well attended and awards in several performance categories were presented. The categories included:

100% of Campaign Goal
100% Participation Recognition
Gold/Silver Awards
Director's Awards
Chairperson Awards
Above and Beyond Recognition

The first two categories are pretty straightforward. The Gold and Silver Awards are based on some very specific criteria as described below.

The Director's Awards are based upon specific recommendations of the Loaned Executive team based upon their interactions and observations during the campaign. The winners are chosen from these recommendations.

The Chairperson Awards are selections by the CFC Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson from written narratives from the Loaned Executives of superlative campaign efforts. There is one winner from each of four groupings based upon size, specifically the total number of employees. The following lists winners in each category.

Above and Beyond Recognition
The "Above and Beyond Recognition" acknowledges the outstanding contributions and support for the CFC Campaign across a broad spectrum of Federal agencies, organizations and departments. Many of these individuals have been perennial supporters of the CFC.
