This form will help Employee Campaign Managers (ECMs) stay organized. It gives you step-by-step instructions on running a successful United Way campaign.
Supply request form
Complete this supply request form and your materials will be packed and delivered on the date you request (please allow at leastone week between time of request and delivery time). You can order pledge forms, agency guides, videos, posters and any other campaign-related items you need to run a successful United Way campaign.
Company progress report
We would like to hear from you! Please send us periodic updates as to how your campaign is going so that we can better monitor and report campaign progress. Make a note to send us updates on a weekly basis.
Days of Caring
Join hundreds of volunteers during one of our hands-on projects to see how your United Way contributions are helping our partner agencies. If you are interested in signing up your employees, please complete the form, send it in and we will put you to work!
